Vladimir Putin has congratulated the Russian armed forces on the launch of the ‘Sarmat’ intercontinental ballistic missile, and says it’s going to make these threatening Russia ‘assume twice’.
Russia says the missile is capable of overcome any defence system presently in place. The missile has been in growth because the 2000s.
