Labour’s deputy chief Angela Rayner has branded Rishi Sunak’s go to to a shelter “excruciating” after he requested a homeless man if he works in enterprise.
Mr Sunak visited the homeless shelter in London run by The Passage on Friday and praised the “incredible” work that the establishment is finishing up through the festive interval.
The PM obtained behind the counter and helped served meals to folks coming in for a scorching meal – together with a full English breakfast to at least one homeless man referred to as Dean – however a moderately awkward trade ensued.

Mr Sunak then asks Dean what he’s doing this weekend.

Reposting the video of Mr Sunak’s trade with Dean, Ms Rayner labelled the dialog “excruciating”.
Whereas shadow Wales secretary Jo Stevens added: “He has no thought.”
One other Labour MP, Invoice Esterson, stated the trade demonstrated Mr Sunak was “out of contact”.
