LAPU-LAPU CITY, Philippines — Near 200 kilos of rubbish had been collected in the course of the coastal cleanup and “scubasurero” initiated by the Lapu-Lapu Metropolis Police Workplace (LCPO) on Friday, July 15, 2022, at Sitio Marbeach, Barangay Marigondon, Lapu-Lapu Metropolis.

Round 55 policemen and their members of their accomplice teams participated within the exercise, which was according to the twenty seventh Police group Relation Month Celebration 2022 with a theme: “Ugnayang Pulisya at Komunidad Tungo sa Mapayapa, Maayos at Maunland na Pamayanan.”

In response to the LCPO, they collected rubbish which they positioned in 7 sacks weighing 20 kilos every and there have been nonetheless others that had been not positioned within the sacks.

So that they estimated the rubbish gathered in the course of the exercise had been almost 200 kilos.

Police Main Marciso Abapo, LCPO Police Station 3 chief, and Police Main Aibert Jay Samson, LCPO Police Station  4 chief, additionally joined the exercise.

The companions of the LCPO, who participated within the cleanup drive had been members of the  the Lapu-Lapu Metropolis Hope for Corals Divers Affiliation, SAWUM Free Divers, Mactan Journey Cue, SugarSea Inn Dive Resort, Clear and Inexperienced, and Barangay Marigondon BPSO.
