6,500 cops safe Calabarzon college opening

CAMP VICENTE LIM, Laguna, Philippines — A minimum of 6,500 law enforcement officials and 4,000 pressure multipliers have been deployed in colleges in Calabarzon (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal and Quezon) to safe the primary day of lessons yesterday.

The officers have been required to attend the flag-raising ceremonies in numerous colleges inside their jurisdictions, in response to Brig. Gen. Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr., Calabarzon police director.

Nartatez mentioned the officers have been ordered to make sure that the Balik-Eskwela Program could be peaceable, and college students, lecturers and faculty employees observe the minimal well being requirements.

The officers distributed leaflets containing recommendations on crime prevention and security tips in going to and from college.

Public help desks have been established close to the colleges as an added safety measure.

Faculty directors thanked the Calabarzon police for serving to them put together the school rooms, from Brigada Eskwela till the opening of lessons yesterday.
